Who are Mable Therapy
Appointment Payments
By providing your card details you authorise Mable Therapy to charge your payment method the amount specified for your appointment. You also authorise Mable Therapy to save this as your default payment method for any future sessions you book within the Mable application. Further appointment bookings will be charged to your saved card 48 hours before the start of your scheduled appointment time. If the appointment is booked less than 48 hours in advance, your card will be charged 24 hours before the appointment. If we attempt to take the payment 48 hours before your appointment and the payment fails, we will try again 24 hours before the appointment start time.Payment Refunds
If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. If you fail to attend the booked appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge you the full price of the appointment fee. If you cancel your appointment and are eligible for a refund, this can only be refunded to the same card used to pay for the appointment.Safeguarding

Mable Therapy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue therapy sessions at any time if we deem it clinically inappropriate or are unable to deliver the service to a high standard. This includes if users (including children/parents/carers/school staff) are abusive to our staff or do not adhere to the contract:
- Parent/carer contract for Mable Therapy counselling
- Parent/carer contract for Mable Therapy speech and language
- School contract for Mable Therapy
Mable Therapy sessions are delivered via our online video platform. As such, users must have access to the appropriate hardware and software in order for the sessions to run smoothly. Sessions must take place using a PC, laptop or tablet, they will not work on smartphones. The device being used must have a relatively good spec, usually anything 5 years or newer should be fine. Users must join Mable sessions via the internet browser Google Chrome, unless their device is an Apple iPad, in which case they should use Safari.
